Summary
This position is located at Fort Polk, Louisiana.

Installs, swaps and repairs internal components, modems and other hardware in varying types of personal computers.
Instructs personnel in the use of hardware and software by conducting formal group training, providing individual instruction and writing appropriate documentation which can be used for customer desk reference.
Troubleshoots personal computer systems to detect problems.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3.
Incumbent will also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

2. Experience installing and repairing internal components/modems.
