The primary purpose of this position is to perform routine food service duties, maintaining cooking and serving utensils and equipment as well as assisting in maintaining preparation areas in a clean and orderly condition.

This position is eligible for a referral bonus and up to $1,750 in retention incentives in the first year of employment.
Performs various simple manual tasks which are easily learned such as: Removes soiled dishes from tables and transports them to the dishwasher. In dishwashing area: Separates food waste and trash. Irregular working hours will be required to include early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends and holidays. Performs other related duties as assigned.
