Duties

Help

Performs a variety of short order fry cook tasks such as operating a grill, microwave oven, deep fryer and steamers. Serves customers at counter, receive orders. Sets up food service areas. Prepares food for preparation. Performs housekeeping task to ensure proper standards of appearance, cleanliness and safety. Operates cash register. Irregular working hours will be required to include early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends and holidays. Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate possess the following:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must understand food terminology, measurements and serving information.
  • Must apply knowledge of general sanitation principles.
  • Required to have thorough understanding of routine methods and procedures in all functional areas of the food service operation and skill to assist in training new food workers in routine duties.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
