Minimum Education Requirement: Degree: You must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to the completion of a bachelor's degree. Studies must have included at least 24 semester hours of mathematics and statistics, 12 of which must be in mathematics and 6 of which must be in statistics. Transcripts MUST BE SUBMITTED. If the transcript is not submitted, the application will be rated as ineligible.
OR
Combination of education and experience - at least 24 semester hours of mathematics and statistics including at least 12 hours in appropriate experience or additional education.
GRADE LEVEL REQUIREMENTS: In addition to meeting the Minimum Education Requirements above, applicants must have the experience listed below:

Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 You must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes providing expert advice and consultation; planning, development, evaluation and execution of assignments which were of broad scope and marked complexity, significance and importance; applying a comprehensive knowledge of Mathematical Statistical methods and techniques; and consultation on a variety of problems involving the application of Mathematical Statistical methods
