Help
  • Overseeing the development of agreements with the sponsor/stakeholder and lead negotiation of agreements on behalf of the Corps of Engineers.
  • Keeping leadership informed about project though routine updates, project review boards, and other briefing.
  • Developing risk management plans to identify, assess, manage, respond to, and communicate project risks.
  • Managing budget by allocating funds to supporting elements, ensuring all charges are authorized, monitoring performance and obligations/expenditures.

In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:GS-12: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: Knowledge of engineering concepts, principles, and practices; reviewing and evaluating the work of team members and engineers project work; ensuring engineering project and contract plans, and specifications are following regulations or guidance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
