This position is in the Moral, Welfare and Recreation Department in the Navy Region Southwest. The primary purpose of this position is to provide quality customer service to authorized patrons in recreation activities, providing general information, services and ensuring the proper use of facility equipment

A. Provides information and service to authorized patrons concerning facility and assigned recreation activity.
B. Maintains records/reports of equipment and inventory. Reports any damage or required repairs to supervisor.
C. May operate a cash register, receive payments and make change. Completes daily activity reports (DAR) and ensures proper deposit of cash receipts.
D. Performs housekeeping tasks to ensure proper appearance, cleanliness and safety of assigned area.
E. Ensures adherence to regulations and safety procedures. Monitors and checks the security of premises. Follows established shut down and lock up procedures.
F. Performs other related duties as assigned.
