(CONT) for use in establishing priorities, allocating resources, and formulating management policies and DCS initiatives.
Directs and/or performs sensitive studies, projects, and analyses for the DCS and other Senior Executive Staff.
Directs broad assessments of IT requirements and performs analysis of across-the-board procedures that balance and integrate the functional and interdisciplinary inputs of all SSA components.
Assesses needs and develops policies and regulations to ensure timely delivery of services.
Leads ongoing agency initiatives and research activities for determining the most effective techniques and practices for the resolution of critical systems problems.
