Provides division leadership for collection, management & dissemination of information and knowledge concerning Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP).
- Facilitates convening functions for the MEP National Network with individuals from NIST MEP & MEP centers with respect to facilitating working groups & communities of practice.
- Manages outside industry experts for Centers
- Develops & implements national initiatives of importance to the MEP system, providing tools, training & Center leadership development working with senior level personnel within state governments, non-profits and institutions of higher education.
- Primary interface between MEP & the MEP Centers with respect to strategic alignment, knowledge management, and partnerships.
- Conducts industry analyses and studies emerging markets and supply chain technologies to determine products and services to assist small manufacturers to be competitive in a global market.
- Create and maintains a system and an environment that supports Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility principles and processes.
- Member of MEP's senior management team in strategic planning & operations.
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

A supervisory probationary period may be required.
