About the position: This position is located at 90 FSS Resource Management IT department on FE Warren AFB, Wyoming.

This position is considered Regular Part Time. The position is guaranteed 20 hours a week, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. As a regular employee, you are eligible for leave and benefits; including annual & sick leave, health and life insurance, 401K and retirement.

The starting pay for this position is $17.50 per hour.

Help

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provides technical computer expertise and focused positive customer service for deployment, maintenance and management of Information Technology (IT) requirements for the Force Support Squadron
  • Areas of responsibility include Management Information Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Defense Lodging Systems, RecTrak/Vermont Systems, Horizon, Aloha, Qubica and associated IT assets
  • Primary duties include Client/Customer Systems Administrator (CSA), computer security, equipment custodian, emissions security, alternate telephone control and Information Assurance Awareness Program

Qualifying Experience:

  • General knowledge of the mission, objectives and terminology of the Squadron and department is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of hardware/software, networks, communication protocols and diagnostic tools focused to resolve customer issues and provide assistance
  • Possess efficient organizational skills and ability to think methodically
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to obtain/hold Network User Computer/Email Account and GOV license
