Duties

Help

Duties include organizing flow of program support needs and tracking actions supporting a high visibility program. Will ensure compliance by reviewing and revising reports and correspondence for accuracy and format and will collect, compile and organize information. Transmits correspondence, creates reports, databases, spreadsheets and presentations utilizing a variety of computer applications. Maintains data to meet presentation and report requirements. Will support in payroll processing using SLACADA and KRONOS. Prepares agendas and minutes for high-level meetings and will be part of teams that support Child and Youth Programs. Receives telephone calls and visitors and maintains contacts. Performs functions such as gathering statistical data, meeting logistics, travel support, and tracking of recurring tasks.

Qualifications

Qualified candidate must have general knowledge of the structure, policies and program goals of Fleet and Family Readiness and Child and Youth Programs to perform liaison duties and assignments. Must possess the ability to use Dept of Navy English grammar, spelling, punctuation and sentence structure. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, application and software knowledge including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, Sharepoint and social media. Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects with deadline achievement. World Class customer service is a must.
