Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Advising leadership on public affairs program strategies via social media platforms; 2) Providing public affairs webmaster services (e.g. managing web and social media network content, advising on implementation of online systems and websites, coordinating the development and implementation of organizational websites, analyzing website statistics); 3) Communicating and disseminating information to the media and various stakeholders via both traditional and digital communication; and 4) Developing written and graphic materials (e.g., news articles, feature stories) to convey information on complex scientific policies, programs, and missions.
