As a Supervisory IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS), GS-2210-14, you will serve as the Deputy Division Director directing the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions that enable CMMI to launch and operate models.
Summary

As a Supervisory IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS), GS-2210-14, you will serve as the Deputy Division Director directing the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions that enable CMMI to launch and operate models.
Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the resources required to assure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective accomplishment of the Division's functional responsibilities.
Advise on the effectiveness of the IT services and systems available to innovate models, identifies weaknesses and problem areas, and develops strategies and plans to improve the IT services for innovative models.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams whose work directly supports operational nd IT implementations for new policy programs.
Manage projects and operations that deliver the IT system solutions required for CMMI's models.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Time-in-Grade: To be eligible, current Federal employees must have served at least 52 weeks (one year) at the next lower grade level from the position/grade level(s) to which they are applying.
