As a SUPERVISORY ARCHIVES SPECIALIST, you will:
- Develop and monitor community engagement with NARA's electronic and digitized holdings and performs measures in support of the overall goals and objectives of the Office of Innovation.
- Provide direct supervision to program staff and coordinate their activities with those of Office of Innovation staff to ensure excellent customer relations and stakeholder relations.
- Contribute to information technology systems development by analyzing and defining program requirements, communicating these requirements to systems developers, and coordinating deployment of information technology to supporting operations and customer services in the Office of Innovation program.
- Develop marketing materials and promote initiatives to familiarize stakeholders and the public with the services provided by the Digital Partnerships and Outreach Division staff and the Office of Innovation.

Specialized Experience for the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Making recommendations on organizing an organization's community management and outreach efforts.; AND
- Serving as a team lead on project teams responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and recommending changes to policies, strategies, and guidelines for community management and outreach.; AND
- Working on or leading a team to develop recommendations and possible alternatives that further community management and outreach.
