Translates complex concepts, findings, and limitations into concise, plain language. Closely ties findings and conclusions into the agency mission, original problem statement, and team objectives.
Conducts observational analyses using software and/or programming languages such as of Excel, SQL, and Enterprise Data Catalog platforms to explore/group data, test hypotheses, predict outcomes, and inform decisions.
Assists in the design and execution of data analysis projects to include predictive modeling and/or machine learning.
Research and designs presentations and interpretations of analytical outputs tailored to specific audiences including the use of interactivity and narrative storytelling where appropriate.

To qualify for the GS-12 position, applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-11 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience must include:
