Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a Custodial Worker Leader without more than normal supervision by providing guidance on cleaning, safety and housekeeping rules; independently perform full range general Janitorial duties that include sweeping, mopping, dusting and disinfecting lavatories; properly adjusting heavy powered cleaning equipment and use a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions to remove stains. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

Working Conditions: Works indoors in areas which are adequately heated, lighted, and ventilated . Exposed to vibration from heavy equipment and to skin irritation from strong cleaning solutions. Care must be taken to avoid serious injury when working on ladders and scaffolds or when using heavy powered equipment.
