Directly oversees the conduct of PAI collection activities in order to ensure adherence to laws and policies governing the collection and use of PAI and operational risk and adhere to laws and policies 2. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives 3. Develops highly innovative approaches that balance the needs, priorities, and concerns of the team or organization in a positive and constructive manner 4. Mentors, develops, evaluates, and supervises junior collectors in the performance of various aspects of their duties pertaining to the collection, processing and exploitation of PAI. 5. Plans, organizes, prioritizes, and schedules work unit activities to complete assignments in a timely and effective manner.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Fluent or DLPT score of 2/2/2 in Russian or expert knowledge of Russia/Eurasia matters.

DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601. All applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
