  • You will provide production control on various MK 152, M282, Multi-Service Standard Guided Projectile (MS-SGP) Solid Rocket Motor (SRM), SR 121, MK 70/M11/M12, MK 77 Mod 0/Mod 1, CKU 5/CCU 22.
  • You will provide per-production, download, and rework and may include priority, quick response, basic research and development programs.
  • You will work with the production engineer in which the size, complexity, importance and/or cross collaboration/involvement require coordination, constant monitoring and resource control (funding, materials, personnel, etc.).
  • You will be required to provide regular budgetary and performance reports concerning purchased materials to senior management.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
NT-02 (GS-5 to GS-8 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Creating procurement data packages for manufacturing (e.g. energetics manufacturing) project requirements in support of acquisition milestones.

This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-3 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-09 and GS-10.
