Duties

Help
  • You will provide technical expertise in managing projects as assigned in support of the Integrated Product Team (IPT) for all aspects of research, development, production, test and evaluation activities for advanced airborne sensor systems.
  • You will plan and generate with government stakeholders contract requirements.
  • You will manage documentation such as Performance Work Statements (PWS), Requests for Proposals (RFP), contract data requirements, contract specifications, Justification and Authorizations.
  • You will prepare and review documents to support system requirement and verification activities that include but not limited to Budget Planning and Execution and Contracts.
  • You will prepare, review, and implement program management program acquisition documentation in accordance with DoD500 and update in response to changes in guidance or policy.
  • You will supports IPT leads as a subject matter expert offering recommendations, suggest courses of action, and provide reports of project status.

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail to pass the drug test.
  • You will be subject to random drug testing.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a final TS/SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of security clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • You may be required to complete ethics orientation within three month of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 or GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

GS-13: Gathering data, performing analysis and making recommendations regarding budget planning and execution. Knowledge of acquisition program strategy development and execution.

GS-14: Project Lead expertise in managing projects for research development, production, testing and evaluation. Providing support as a Contractor Officer's Representative (COR) on projects, contracts and contract types. Manage contract requirements to include staffing levels, staff expertise, performance requirements, and performance monitoring. Providing input into the development of contract requirements and performs technical assessment of contractor proposals. Work with finance and budget stakeholders to develop contact cost, identify appropriate budget allocations, and ensure requisite budget. Provide support in developing, drafting, and implementing program management program acquisition documentation in accordance with DoD 5000.
