Responsible for the integration and validation test design and execution of all major hardware, software, configuration, release, version and maintenance levels.
Provides expertise in the development or selection, evaluation, modification, installation, implementation and maintenance of software and/or hardware systems.
Conducts analyses of complex technical matters related to testing and integrating software and/or hardware systems.
Provides the highest level of problem determination and coordinates resolution of major system software problems.
Employs sophisticated problem analysis, resolution techniques and state-of-the-art diagnostics technologies.
Determines area of problem responsibility and summons vendor representatives when appropriate.
Determines most efficient and effective method of recovery after system problems or failures.

To qualify for the GS-13, the applicant must have 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-12 level, or equivalent, which is in or related to the work of the position to be filled, that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such IT related experience must include experience using SharePoint Framework, Typescript, VS code, SharePoint Provider Hosted Applications using C# and Visual Studio, Windows Services, Power Shell, and Discover Access Custom Connectors.
This experience must be IT-related and may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, Trusted Tester certification), as appropriate.
