Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and employing written, oral and visual communication methods in producing written and multimedia materials for news releases, feature articles, pamphlets, etc.; 2) Analyzing programs to identify the characteristics of target audiences to determine the most effective communication techniques to use in reaching this audience; 3) Utilizing written, oral and visual communication techniques and methods in providing advisory services to upper management and other various audiences; 4) Utilizing basic photography techniques to produce images for a variety of projects.
