Enter all priority Maintenance Orders, Preventive Maintenance, breakdowns and emergency repairs into a Web-based resource planning system such as General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
Perform administrative, clerical and office automation duties related to processing maintenance orders work requests or individual job orders.
Assist in facility inspections and evaluations of installation real property using Installation Status Report - Infrastructure data systems.
Provide customer assistance on work order status on completed demand maintenance orders.
Perform business analysis on Base Operations (BASOPs) contract submissions of Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs).
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a valid Secret security clearance.
