In addition, to qualify for this GS-13 level position, applicants must possess and demonstrate 52 weeks of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level (or above) in the federal service that is in or related to the work of the position filled and has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such IT-related experience must include BOTH A) leading a team, project or part of a project, or workgroup; AND B) providing technical analysis, requirements, or support for the development, testing, or validation of software applications within the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) or Agile Lifecycle.
