Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Executing procurement procedures for library and educational materials; 2) Providing technical support in library inventory; 3) Developing educational programs; OR 4) Participating in library outreach and public relations programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-06.
