The Senior Research Fellow (SRF) serves in the CSR. His/her major duties and responsibilities are to support the INSS and CSR missions as follows:
EDUCATION: Ph.D degree from an accredited college or university or in an all but dissertation [ABD] status from a regionally accredited university (or international equivalents) in international relations/affairs, political science, public policy, or national security studies with a specific focus on Korea and Japan. Reading ability in at least one Northeast Asian language (preferably Korean or Japanese).
