As an Investment Funds Specialist (Director) you will provide leadership in originating, monitoring, and exiting of investments for DFC's investment fund program. Manages investment and strategic activities per the policies and directives of OEIF with direction from the MD and the Vice President.
Supports the conceptual development and operational implementation of OIEF's investment priorities. Implements the OEIF investment fund program, including origination, evaluation, diligence, negotiation, commitment, disbursement, monitoring, and realization of private equity funds.
Maintains a working knowledge of OEIF and DFC policy and procedures and oversees consistent implementation and compliance, including in the areas of commercial judgment, ethics, compliance, and documentation procedures.
Act as a self-starter and own department-building initiatives. Mentor, train, and review deliverables from junior team members.
