You will perform project planning duties including preparation of cost proposals, planning project execution, providing technical oversight and preparing written procedures/permits.

Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/11) or pay band (ND-3) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Scientist coordinating project planning initiatives to support environmental compliance related projects.
