Summary

This position is located at Valdez Glacier Campground.

Duties

Help
  • Leads and reviews work assignments on a daily, weekly, or longer basis.
  • Sets the pace of work to be performed.
  • May train lower graded or new employees.
  • Serves as a recreation assistant in support of recreational activities applying a practical knowledge of recreational activities and skills in the use of recreation materials, and facilities.
  • May be required to operate a government vehicle.

Additional information

Salary is based off a 40 hour work week. Intermittent employees are not guaranteed hours per week but can work up to 39 hours per week. Regular part time employees are guaranteed 20 hours per week but can work in excess of 20 hours per week. The annual salary will vary according to the number of hours worked. The hourly salary equals $18.50 to $20.50 per hour.
