Serve as a Project Manager for specific projects assigned by supervisor, with overall responsibility for planning, scope, development, design, construction and direction of assigned military projects.
Coordinate with various design elements the preparation of construction plans and specifications for assigned projects.
Responsible for coordinating the review of completed plans and specifications for contract work to assure that project requirements, criteria and other project documents are met.
Manage project milestones from planning through construction and initial operations.
Based on performance trends, forecast schedule, budget, manpower, or quality problems and ensures proper resolution of issues raised.
Assemble data and prepare exhibits, reports and correspondence for presenting project management data and making presentations describing project progress, status, design changes, changes in schedules, procedures, policies, etc.
