OUR MISSION: To fulfill President Lincoln's promise - "To care for him who shall have borne the battle and for his widow, and his orphan" - by serving and honoring the men and women who are America's Veterans.
The VISN 10 Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) is a VISN-level resource, providing care and support to a network of 11 Medical Centers and 63 Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), reaching more than 685,000 Veterans throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan, Ohio/Northern Kentucky, and Indiana.
Veterans living in rural communities often face unique challenges that limit their access to health care. Barriers such as long distances to clinical facilities and a shortage of qualified providers can put rural Veterans and their families at risk. To overcome these challenges, the VISN 10 CRH is available as a network of solutions that combines in-person care and telehealth to support underserved medical facilities. This allows rural Veterans to get the care they need, when they need it, regardless of location. The CRH provides primary care, mental health, and specialty care services in VA facilities or in Veterans' homes via video or telephone, across the nation. When needed, mobile deployment teams can provide face-to-face care for rural Veterans at local VA health care facilities as well.
We believe in Veterans & Service, and we are dedicated to providing the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
