Duties

Help
  • Opens and unpacks cartons of materials and removes contents. Moves or uses hand truck to move various items requiring delivery or storage.
  • Sets up and breaks down multi-functional areas. Arranges mobile furniture, movable walls, light equipment, etc.
  • Polices assigned areas, collects and disposes of trash and debris, cuts grass and pulls weeds, waters grass and flower beds, spreads mulch, and rakes leaves. Shovels snow and puts down salt.
  • Performs all duties as assigned

  • Must be able to frequently lift and carry moderate objects up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift up tp 45 pounds. Must be able to actively bend, stoop, stand, reach, and work in awkward positions.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) months of laboring experience required. Must have the ability to use, control and clean tools and power equipment used, and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps without constant supervision of each task assigned.
