Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Preparing record copies using various methods in response to patient and facility requests.
Responding to inquiries from various personnel and agencies to determine the validity of requests.
Applying regulations and policies for release of information, and records management.
Providing customer service to walk-in and telephone customers.
Utilizing the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
Verifying and determining eligibility for patients requiring health services.
