Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Assisting in providing advice on financial and manpower transactions for program operations; 2) Assisting the Contracting Officer Representative or Technical Representative with material, supplies, services, and equipment contracts; 3) Providing assistance in reviewing routine IT contracts; 4) Assisting in managing awarded contracts to ensure that the contractor performs the technical requirements of the contract in accordance with the contract terms.
