Duties

Help

Duties include:
1) Serve as a project manager for a variety of reimbursable HR projects in support of USA Hire online assessment products and services.
2) Work with the USA Hire Program Manager and senior staff to ensure the appropriate amount of resources are assigned projects.
3) Work with the customer to finalize Interagency Agreements and funding documentation.
4) Provide expert technical advice to customer HR offices, agency management officials and senior leadership, and other agency program staff.
5) Coordinate with OPM and vendor subject matter experts in the fields of HRIT, staffing, and industrial / organizational psychology to ensure that USA Hire provides comprehensive service to customers.

Qualifications

For the GS 13: You must have one full year of specialized experience that is at least equivalent in difficulty and complexity to work performed at the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience for this position must have included the all of the following: 1) managing hiring projects involving online assessments; 2) engaging in strategic communication, customer outreach, account management, and business development activities; 3) serving on project teams, committees, or task forces supporting online assessments; and 4) supporting the design and development of HR management services to meet the specific needs of agencies.

Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS13 level.
