Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing internal workflow processes and procedures to ensure the overall training program objectives are within compliance with guidelines and directives; 2) Developing training curriculum and instructional content to support organizational requirements (i.e. schedules, student activities, training request, course testing) for the international training program; 3) Preparing and delivering briefings to leadership on the status of educational instruction and training related matters; and 4) Utilizing resource management guidelines to analyze, manage, document, and/or recommend financial related matters to organizational leaders.
In lieu of specialized experience, the education listed below can be utilized to meet minimum qualifications at the GS-11 grade level:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.

LL.M. that is related to the position being filled
