Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Developing various on-site planning documentation involving construction, alteration, maintenance and repair with the intent of producing executable projects.
2) Planning and producing comprehensive work packages to be used as the basis for administrative or budget planning, special project and Military Construction projects.
3) Communicating orally and in writing regarding planning studies, budget/funding, and presenting finding and recommendations. Responding to data calls and requests for information.
4) Performing facility asset evaluations at various bases and producing quality iNFADS records updates.
5) Reviewing, preparing and uploading documentation related to real property construction, purchase and disposal.
6) Creating and updating draft basic facility requirements documentation and loads approved data into Navy tracking systems.

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
