Duties

Help
  • Issues and receives equipment to authorized users. Monitors it's condition, tracks maintenance and repairs or replaces as appropriate.
  • Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of the fitness facility.
  • Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory.
  • Assists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • Satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, to include a Tier 1 background investigation and a physical.
  • Must be willing and able to work a rotating shift which includes early mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be willing and able to complete and pass the MWR Orientation Course and Customer Service within six (6) months of employment?
  • Incumbent will be subject to additional background checks to have regular and recurring contact with children.

1) Must possess work related experience.
2) The ability to perform the duties of position as described in the Responsibilities Section of this Announcement.

This position is a Flexible (Flex) position. You may be regularly scheduled or scheduled on an as needed basis, but there are no guaranteed hours. Flex employees are not entitled to leave or benefits.
