Duties

Help
  • Review onboarding packages for accuracy and completeness and sponsor IT contractors in Person Model and ServiceNow
  • Follow-up with IT contractors as needed to resolve questions in onboarding packages and ensure timely submission of e-QIP, fingerprints, and Information Security Awareness Training certificates.
  • Act as single point of contact with CEC to track FPAC laptop inventory and support CEC actions to deploy inventory to nationwide locations as quickly as possible.

  • Prepare weekly onboarding reports for leadership and respond to data calls as needed.
