  • NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.
  • This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard, required prior to the effective date of placement.
  • Selectee will be required to wear the military uniform.
  • Acceptance of an excepted service position constitutes concurrence with these requirements as a condition of employment.
  • Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.
  • May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.
  • Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.

ENLLISTED: 25B, 36B, 51C, 88M, 88N, 89A, 89B, 92A, 92F, 92G, 92Y

GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
This position is located in the US Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO). Its purpose is to serve as a management analyst in the USPFO and direct Central Issue Facility (CIF) stock record operations using the Standard Army Management Information System software and locally devised management programs IAW law and regulations. Provides management analysis regarding logistical and/or fiscal accountability for the equipment and resources assigned to the USPFO and CIF and performs a variety of review assignments involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, and/or in providing management assessments.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 24 months experience which has provided a working knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management.

NOTE: Recruitment/Relocation incentive may be authorized, depending on availability of funds and approval.

5. Skill in application of fact-finding and investigative techniques; oral and written communications; and development of presentations and reports.
