Help

Interns will assist in: the preparation of portfolio reports, claim payments, disbursements, administration of all loan and insurance contracts, reviewing project documents for data extraction ensuring accuracy, evaluating current and historical pricing trends, maintaining project files, assisting in the investment of OPIC's reserves for future insurance claims, and other ad hoc tasks as needed. Interns will be exposed to transactions across all of OPIC's product lines, and will work cross departmentally to achieve agency goals.

  • Must be suitable for Federal employment, determined by background investigation
  • Selective Service registration required for male applicants, unless exempt

Qualifications

Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled at least part-time in an accredited college or university in a relevant business, finance, statistics, or accounting degree program, with 90 credits or more. Successful completion of a background investigation is also required.

Stipulations of Employment:

To ensure compliance with an applicable nationwide preliminary injunction, which may be supplemented, modified, or vacated, depending on the course of ongoing litigation, the Federal Government will take no action to implement or enforce the COVID-19 vaccination requirement pursuant to Executive Order 14043 on Requiring Coronavirus Disease 2019 Vaccination for Federal Employees.
