Applicants for this position must meet the following educational requirement:
A. Degree: accounting; or a degree in a related field such as business administration, finance, or public administration that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in accounting. The 24 hours may include up to 6 hours of credit in business law.

B. Combination of education and experience: at least 4 years of experience in accounting, or an equivalent combination of accounting experience, college-level education, and training that provided professional accounting knowledge. The applicant's background must also include one of the following:

Recruitment Incentives: Travel, transportation, and relocation expenses may be authorized subject to funds availability and the agency's determination that it would be in the best interest of the Government to authorize such payments as allowed by regulation. If relocation expense allowances are paid, you will be required to sign a one-year service agreement. Failure to fulfill the service agreement may require repayment of relocation expense allowances. A relocation incentive is not authorized. Repayment of student loans may be offered.
Security and Background Requirements: This is a special sensitive position and a top secret clearance is required. A background security investigation will be required for all appointees.
