Formulating and executing the NSF budget of assigned appropriation accounts in conformance with OMB policies and relevant appropriations regulations and policies.
Development of information related to past, current and proposed programs and resources for use by management.
Development of alternative overall fiscal management policies and program planning as related the budget process.
Participates with operating officials in determination of staff and fund resources, in relation to program goals.
Manages the budget call for the Agency Operations and Award Management (AOAM) activity and other administrative programs.
Monitoring long-range AOAM budgets, by functional categories, based on current staffing and resources as related to present and anticipated future needs and objectives.

Qualifications
To qualify at GS-13, you need to have the following: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience in Federal civilian budgeting, particularly long-range budget planning, budget formulation, presentation, and justification.
