This is a senior level position located in the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Debt Management Services (DMS), Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Business Assurance & Support Division, Project Management & Business Analysis Branch. Debt Management Services (DMS) works with federal government agencies to provide a comprehensive debt management program.
All candidates who are:

-Develop documentation and formats for use by others on a project team or at subordinate levels in the organization.
-Lead knowledge sharing sessions within the organization.
-Consult/Advise business owners and senior management as an expert in DMS business areas by providing systematic approach to evaluating program performance for maximizing return on investment.
-Manage and enforce Bureau Fiscal Service governance process, by collaborating with business owners.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes ALL of the following:
- Assisting with the development of capital planning and investment control documents; AND - Interpreting and applying regulations, policies and guidelines for the purpose of making decisions; AND - Conducting business reviews in order to make recommendations to senior leaders.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
