This position is located in the Property Management Branch, Supply and Services Division, United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO). Program Manager/supervises subordinates in two sections, the Supply Accountability Assistance Instruction Team (SAAIT) and Property Asset Managers. Its purpose is to plan, organize, review, evaluate and supervise the work of the branch office and to perform analysis of supply procedures, services, directives and management functions of the branch. Performs other duties as assigned.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience with advising and providing counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management; experience with identifying employee developmental needs and provides or arranges for training (formal and on-the-job) to maintain and improve job performance; develops and provides data for property accountability of supported units/activities to the Supply Management Officer (SMO), Director of Logistics (DOL), United States Property and Fiscal Officer (USP&FO) and the Readiness Committee; experience with analyzing results of property book reconciliations to determine if systemic problems exist; has knowledge of the Army Material Command (AMC).

Education
If you do not posses one year of experience at the GS-07 level in this occupational series you must possess the below education:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related.
Employees must obtain the appropriate certification levels for their positions within 24 months after initial assignment; and, employees must maintain the positions' continuous training and education studies, as identified for each certification level, during the defined 24 month period.
