You will advise high-level managers of advantages and disadvantages of different approaches.

You will mentor and provide leadership to supervisors, team leaders, group coordinators, committee chairs, or comparable personnel.

Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serve as an Operations Research Analyst using a broad range of tools and techniques with modeling and simulation, applying mathematical and statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret and summarize numerical data to provide usable information. Use research or special study techniques to advise on issues in the area of logistics, hazardous material, training, base operations, war gaming/mobilization scenarios.
