Qualifications

In order to qualify for the Management Analyst position, you must meet the following time in grade requirements and minimum qualifications:
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-09 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-11 level. One year at the GS-11 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 level. If you are asked to complete the USA Hire assessment battery, you will be presented with a unique URL to access the USA Hire system. You must complete this assessment battery within 48 hours from the time the email invitation to complete the USA Hire assessment battery is sent to receive further consideration for this job. Access to USA Hire is granted through your USAJOBS login credentials. Your assessment battery results will be kept on record one year and used toward future jobs that require this USA Hire assessment battery. You may not be allowed to re-take the assessment battery for one year. If you do not meet the minimum qualifications, you will not receive an invitation to complete the USA Hire assessment battery. Instead, you will receive a notification informing you know that you do not meet the minimum qualifications for this position.

Next steps
After the vacancy closes, your application materials will be reviewed. If you are found to meet the minimum qualifications (see minimum qualifications requirements), you will receive an email invitation (generally within 2 to 4 weeks after the closing date) to complete the USA Hire assessment battery (i.e. Assessment Questionnaire and Writing Assessment). The invitation to the USA Hire online assessment battery will be sent from email address assessments@USAHire.opm.gov. The email may be routed to your "Spam" or "Junk" folder.
