Provide expert consultation and technical expertise to development and implementation of priorities, strategies, and practices for communicating with various audiences.
Support the development and management of communication projects funded extramurally.
Provide Translation of Science and Dissemination of Information.
Provide research and/or evaluation activities related to health communication and marketing.
Provide efficient and effective management of program resources and administrative processes to achieve health communication and marketing goals and objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications for GS-09:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level of in the Federal service as defined in the next paragraph.
Specialized experience is experience which is directly related to the position which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position to include experience in translating of science and dissemination of science- and audience-based products, tools, and messages to different audiences using various formats. Experience relating to health communication and marketing in planning, implementation, and evaluation of various health communication and marketing activities.

Master's or equivalent graduate degree or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
