Summary

This is part of the CYS Youth Workforce Preparation Program (WPP).

These positions will consist of a 12 week work/training cycle starting on 1 April to 31 June at a max of 10 working/training hours per week.

Duties

Help

Under close supervision, performs a variety of simple, routine clerical and office support duties.
Greeting customers; answering telephone and taking/delivering messages.
Filing; preparing labels, envelopes, or simple forms.
Operating a copy or fax machine; sorting and stapling documents; or organizing office supplies.
May assist higher-level employees with more detailed tasks. May perform other closely-related duties as assigned.

The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is the local commuting area. Fort Wainwright and communities within 25 miles of the installation.
