Assist with cooking breakfast, lunch, and snack items in accordance with Air Force approved menus, recipes, and portions for the School Age Program. Stocking, prepping foods, and ensuring all food items are not expired. Assists with ensuring all allergy and intolerance substitutions are followed. Delivers food, collects dishes from classrooms, and washes all dishes following meal and snack times. Prepares entire meals which require the coordinated cooking of several items with different cook times and characteristics in order to deliver meals and snacks on time and at proper temperatures to the classrooms.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). Qualifying Experience:
Must be able to follow simple oral instructions, be able to use hand tools for cleaning, and operate simple machines. Must be skilled in doing tasks with several steps and must use judgement in sequencing tasks. Must have knowledge of sanitation standards in handling and serving food, and for cleaning equipment and work area. Must be able to continuously stand and walk, and frequently stoop, reach, push, pull and bend for long periods of time.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
