Develops and administers a comprehensive program for AAS CSC customer service assessment.

Plans directs, and controls all financial resources of the FAS AAS program. Responsible for the preparation of AAS’s annual program plans and budgets. Plans, develops, analyzes, monitors, and reports on organizational performance and budget execution for the AAS portfolio and its programs.
