Direct government technical oversight in cooperating with the designed Enterprise Security Group to develop and support IT security guidance and policy.
Serve as a technical advisor to CMS leadership at the Group, Center, and Agency level on critical information security policies and processes for issues, disaster recovery planning, and environmental support for data center operations and resources.
Oversee the development of data center standards, policies, and principles; related hardware and software technical requirements; design, implementation, and operation; and security procedures in relation to data centers.
Oversee and manages maintenance of IT security and environments within the data centers? infrastructure, including Computer Security Incident and Crisis Management.

In order to qualify for the GS-15 grade level , you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Managing the operational security of an IT infrastructure and the associated processes; 2) Leading multiple project teams in order to manage the operations and delivery of services and IT resources within a data center; and 3) Serving as a technical lead to ensure information security policies and processes are followed.
